Understand your limits and practice saying “No” when something doesn’t feel right for you. Remember, setting boundaries is not selfish. It’s necessary for your health.
✅ Learn to Accept Discomfort
Saying “no” might feel uncomfortable and that’s okay. Accept that it’s impossible to make everyone happy all the time. Letting go of the need for constant approval can be freeing.
✅ Prioritize Self-Care
Make time for yourself. Whether it’s exercising, reading, or simply relaxing, prioritize activities that recharge you. When you take care of your own needs, you’ll be in a better position to help others without feeling drained.
